Generator main breaker and load bank breaker assembly.

In this piece of switchgear, the generator main breaker is mounted in the upper portion of the enclosure, while the load bank breaker is installed in the lower section. Custom busbar assemblies interconnect the two breakers with the incoming top mounted bus duct feeder.

We can build transition pieces for any of the major busduct manufacturers.

Switchgear internal bussing modification.

We built the pictured bussing  to allow the addition of an additional breaker within an existing 3 phase, 4 wire panel.

Design, build, install...we can ‘turnkey’ your busbar mods!

Generator main breaker– cable landing assemblies.

In this installation, the job specifications require all field power cables be equipped with two hole mounts (to prevent cable turning with consequent bolt loosening). The line side tabs had to  be extended to provide dual cable mounts– the factory provided aluminum mounting tabs would not meet the job specification.
